Spent 5 nights of my trip to visit my daughter here. Spacious room and comfortable bed. Had a great view of the ocean out my balcony. Had amazing espresso martinis up at the rooftop bar. Great location so close to many shops and restaurants! Enjoyed Karaoke nearby! Thank you Sarah LaCroix and the rest of the team at Springhill Suites for an amazing stay! Very clean and comfortable!

This Springhill suites is right across from the ocean with a beautiful view from the rooftop bar. The staff is very kind and warm and especially Esteban Sevilla! He made sure that the crew for Sound United Rep meetings (approximately 40 reps) were well taken care of!

We couldn’t have asked for a better stay than the one we just had at Springhill Suites San Diego Carlsbad. My wife and I celebrated a milestone anniversary here because we love the proximity to everything in the village. I messaged the hotel a couple days prior to our arrival to ask if we could be put on the upgrade list since we were celebrating our special occasion. Not only did they upgrade us to an ocean view suite, but Sarah L. and Darren went out of their way to create a special arrangement in the room with flowers and tasty treats! Above and beyond anything expected which was nothing. We also loved the rooftop lounge and amazing views it offers. Definitely a gem in the Carlsbad village that we’ll return to often.

Sarah, and the rest of the front desk team were an absolute delight! Melissa upstairs on the roof is terrific! A fantastic stay, and we can't wait to come back.

This hotel is in a very good location by the beach. There’s a roof top restaurant. The staff are friendly. They serve breakfast everyday. A very good breakfast at that. Room very clean and smells good. There’s a parking lot and street parking too. Love staying here.

We love this place. Great town and beachside location, nice roomy rooms, and facilities. Sarah LaCroix was particularly kind when she acknowledged my husbands’s 85th birthday with a cute Happy Birthday sign and bag of snacks for him in the room. We were so touched. The staff in general are all friendly and welcoming. We will be back!

This is our 3rd time staying at this property. It has become one of our favorite spots. Very friendly. Excellent rooms. Perfect location, close to the beach and Carlsbad Village. We rarely need our car when were here. Love walking everywhere and enjoying the relaxed atmosphere. The view from the roof top lounge is our favorite.

Nice beachside hotel. Spotlessly clean, comfortable rooms, lovely beds, modern bathrooms. Very quiet rooms, very little hallway noise. Directly across the street from the beach. Pleasant breakfast room in which was offered the standard breakfast fare. The only thing marring our stay at this hotel was was the attitude copped by the nose-pierced clerk at the front desk when I asked her to explain to me why our room rate was a whopping 50% higher than for the same room for the next weekend. I won't go into it but I expect a little more polish from the front desk, especially from a hotel charging over $550 per night for a standard room. Also, the front desk made no effort Saturday afternoon to assist our group of 8 or nine guests waiting outside the lobby for a private shuttle pickup. Yes, the hotel was not involved in booking the shuttle I understand, but to be curtly reminded of that was not helpful. Be aware Marriott/Bonvoy uses "dynamic pricing". I suggest booking only refundable rooms, then monitoring room rates closer to your stay date. You just might be able to save a chunk of cash. Our two night stay at over $1,100 could have been had the next weekend for closer the $800.

Great Stay! Very clean, super convenient “walk to the beach” & “walk to restaurants” location makes this hotel a winner. Impressive views from the rooftop lounge made breakfast memorable & Brennan was extremely helpful. He made a lasting impression by anticipating our needs before we ever asked for help. Rare these days to find that level of service. With Marriott status we enjoyed a 4pm late checkout and even though I was a few minutes late returning, due to traffic, the front of house staff was helpful and polite. The semi impolite cleaning staff was the only rough spot on what otherwise was a very polished operation. We will definitely stay here again. Well done!

We really enjoyed our stay here. This hotel is in a great location within easy walking distance to the beach and numerous restaurants and shopping. The staff were all very kind and helpful and the hotel very clean. Breakfast was pretty decent as well. We were very grateful that they were able to extend us a late check out. I was most impressed with how quiet it is despite the location. We are very light sleepers and didn’t hear any disturbances in the night. We loved the rooftop bar and being able to enjoy our breakfast there in the morning.
