This SpringHill Suites location is one of our favorites! ?? We absolutely love the rooftop restaurant—the views are amazing. It's centrally located, with most entertainment just a short walk away and only about a 10-minute drive to the outlets. The rooms are always clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The customer service is excellent, and the food is surprisingly good. We've stayed here several times and have had a great experience every visit. Highly recommend!

We had an outstanding stay. Daniel checked us in. He worked hard to get my spouse a handicapped assisted room. He went above and beyond. We had a balcony facing the ocean with double queen beds. The room was quite spacious. The breakfast buffet was outstanding. The two servers were constantly refilling the breakfast bar. We couldn't have been happier. Highly recommend!!

The area itself was very beautiful. Very quick access to the beach. The rooms were clean and awesome which was just what we wanted for a small stay. Nothing too fancy but good for our trip. Very kid-friendly food is decent and we would come back. The room service was a bit wonky though, but other than that the trip itself was amazing for a family of five

This hotel is by the Carlsbad State Beach. I know it was stated in their website but my daughter and I were still blown away by how beautiful the view is from the roof top. The beach is even more stunning when we walked on it in person. The hotel itself is also beautiful. Check in was swift and we got a second floor room which has two queen beds and a living space. Everywhere is clean and the beds are very comfortable to sleep in. The only drawback which is really not the hotel’s responsibility is that there were a few choochoo train sounds at night probably because there were still trains running at certain hours. It was definitely not a deal breaker for us because we absolutely loved everything that is in the hotel. The hotel comes with a fitness center for these who want to use it. There is a jacuzzi that foams up pretty well when on and a sparkly blue pool if you are up for swimming. Complimentary breakfast is not fancy but definitely healthy and nutritious, and the added bonus is you can take your food and dine on the rooftop overlooking the gorgeous beach. If you come in spring you will see the cactus blooms alongside other wild flowers too. We recommend this hotel to travelers who love a clean, comfortable stay with the ease to access the beach. Spent 5 nights of my trip to visit my daughter here. Spacious room and comfortable bed. Had a great view of the ocean out my balcony. Had amazing espresso martinis up at the rooftop bar. Great location so close to many shops and restaurants! Enjoyed Karaoke nearby! Thank you Sarah LaCroix and the rest of the team at Springhill Suites for an amazing stay! Very clean and comfortable!

This Springhill suites is right across from the ocean with a beautiful view from the rooftop bar. The staff is very kind and warm and especially Esteban Sevilla! He made sure that the crew for Sound United Rep meetings (approximately 40 reps) were well taken care of!

We couldn’t have asked for a better stay than the one we just had at Springhill Suites San Diego Carlsbad. My wife and I celebrated a milestone anniversary here because we love the proximity to everything in the village. I messaged the hotel a couple days prior to our arrival to ask if we could be put on the upgrade list since we were celebrating our special occasion. Not only did they upgrade us to an ocean view suite, but Sarah L. and Darren went out of their way to create a special arrangement in the room with flowers and tasty treats! Above and beyond anything expected which was nothing. We also loved the rooftop lounge and amazing views it offers. Definitely a gem in the Carlsbad village that we’ll return to often.

Sarah, and the rest of the front desk team were an absolute delight! Melissa upstairs on the roof is terrific! A fantastic stay, and we can't wait to come back.

This hotel is in a very good location by the beach. There’s a roof top restaurant. The staff are friendly. They serve breakfast everyday. A very good breakfast at that. Room very clean and smells good. There’s a parking lot and street parking too. Love staying here.

We love this place. Great town and beachside location, nice roomy rooms, and facilities. Sarah LaCroix was particularly kind when she acknowledged my husbands’s 85th birthday with a cute Happy Birthday sign and bag of snacks for him in the room. We were so touched. The staff in general are all friendly and welcoming. We will be back!
