Had a wonderful stay at Hampton Inn Carlsbad! The breakfast was excellent with a great variety of options, and everything was fresh and well-maintained. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and perfect for a relaxing stay. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely recommend it! Great service from front desk staff! My first time staying in Carlsbad 10/10 We had came for my son’s birthday to LEGOLAND and stayed at the Hamptons for two nights It was super close less than 10 minutes away. Breakfast was good. The gym was good. The pool was good. Staff members were super sweet and amazing. My room was clean. The only thing that I complain about was the leak that happened in the lobby other then that manager had great customer service and attitude

this hotel is 5 stars because of the staff. they are amazin from chris the manager ( great person) , to jasmine to andrew. all are great. the lady who works in the kitchen is also so nice. free good breakfast, free parking, close to lot of shopping places and restaurants. you can even walk to some nearby restaurants. 10 min drive to legoland. 7 minutes to the outlet, the rooms are well insulated. some rooms have view on the airport, and its not noisy and its very cool at the same time to watch all kind of planes land and take off. pool on the smaller size but the jacuzzi is amazing. also they have clean gym

Clean, easy access to everything you need, helpful staff, great coffee and breakfast. Waffles! Recently remodeled too. Pugs approved! We really enjoyed our stay here. Will definitely stay here again!

10 mins away from Legoland. Room is more spacious than average rooms, clean, and modern looking. Room has a microwave!! Quiet neighborhood, friendly staff, and most importantly, very nice breakfast with a lot of fresh options..cereal, juices, waffles, fruits, coffees, bagels, breads, eggs, yogurts… definitely one of the best free breakfast. Please keep up the good work as a great breakfast is super appreciated for your customers. Will be back if we travel to San Diego area again.

This was my second time staying at this Hampton Inn. I'm very pleased with it. Shout out to Chris at the front desk. He was very friendly and helpful. Even the cleaning crew were nice. I was in the elevator with a cleaning staffer and she asked how my stay was. My room was very clean. It had a nice view from the window. I'm definitely going to request that side again. It's facing the airport side.

Andrew the desk attendant was fabulous. All 5 days I was there, Andrew took care of me. His professionalism standard is something that should be commended by management. The hotel was immaculate, the staff were on the ball when asked for extra pillows. Breakfast was delish, and the dark roast coffee….yum.

This hotel and its staff are amazing. It's very clean, the customer service is excellent, and the breakfast is the best I've experienced in the last two years. I travel a lot for business and pleasure. I spent a week at this hotel, and the personalized service, variety, and quality of the breakfast every single day were exceptional. I forgot several pieces of clothing in the closet, and Manager Christopher Long assisted me immediately. I received everything back at home with no charge. This was the cherry on top of my already great experience. I will definitely stay there again. The customer service is classy and personalized.

Stayed here for twitchcon2025, definitely thr right call! All team members were professional, friendly and happy to help. The included breakfast was fantastic every day, with plenty of different options & a different menu each day. Definitely the best hotel breakfast I have had in very long time! So we Stayed in room 226, this is a mobility accessible room. That was furnished with all the necessities, comfortable beds, accessibility shower, and good size TV, microwave and refrigerator. We had an issue with the refrigerator, however Chris was very nice & did his best to fix it quickly. The shower worked well and had plenty of hot water. It's worth noting that the wifi here was actually good & the room did have a port for direct wired connection, something I had to use for my XBOX-SERIES-X. Speeds vary depending on connection method and internet plan selection between 25mbps for both upload and download to over 200mbps for both upload and download. Definitely stay here if you need good internet. Now the best part, Breakfast! Firstly, it's from 6am to 10am, I love the extended hours perfect for that day after the convention. Secondly, the variety of both hot and cold food was impressive, something for everyone even some picky like myself. Each day had a different menu including different waffle flavors (never seen that before). *Room for improvement section: These are all minor things but would be nice upgrades and functional. For mobility rooms have an adjustable holder for the shower head, as short people can't reach it. Secondly, install a sound bar under or above the TV, at least in a joining rooms. This would change & most likely eliminate the issue of folks saying a TV is too loud. In closing everything was great and what was an issue was fixed as best as possible. Hopefully I can stay here next year and update this review. Till then stay frosty.

The customer teams make staying at this property great. We dealt with 3 different front desk team members over a 24 hour period when we stayed in early October and they were all super helpful and friendly. It is such a pleasure to be treated as a valued guest when staying at hotels and this was well and truly the way this team works. The room was great value for our expectations and the location was perfect for our needs. We were on a 6am flight the next morning and being able to literally walk across the street into the terminal at 5:30am for our flight was fantastic. Thanks for an all round great experience for our short stay
