Pretty good. Staff is helpful and kind. Towel set are not replaced daily so you will need to call for more. Beautiful location close to beach. No view from the pool like hotels in South Beach. We came her as part of our honeymoon and let the people we booked through know it qas our honeymoon. Hotel does not do anything for honeymoons!

Andrew at the front desk was exceptional! His customer service and attentive was very accommodating. Carlos in Maintenance provided the same level of superb service. I had an issue with the AC in the room and both Carlos and Andrew made sure I was taken care of. Great job Gentlemen !

A big thank you to Andrew, the Front Desk Supervisor, for his outstanding customer service. We needed to add an extra night to our stay, and since our original room type was sold out, he arranged a complimentary room upgrade so we could stay without any hassle. He communicated the changes clearly, was incredibly friendly and professional, and made the entire process easy and stress-free. We haven't even checked in yet, and we're already impressed with the hospitality! UPDATE to 3.5: We had a great stay overall. Our full ocean view room was nice and clean, with central air control, and also overlooked the pool and courtyard. The location is walkable to the beach, but you do need to drive for food, gas, and most essentials due to the road layout and train tracks. The pool, hot tub, and other amenities were also nice to enjoy during our stay. We had a couple of minor maintenance issues, but they were addressed and fixed the same day. The staff did an excellent job coordinating with our schedule and our pets, which we really appreciated. The only disappointment was the breakfast. I’m glad it was included in our room rate (Hilton Honors), because paying $24 per adult for the buffet would not be worth it. It’s essentially a basic continental-style breakfast, and the same selection every day got old quickly. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the excellent customer service from the entire team. We’d be happy to stay again, but would likely plan to eat breakfast elsewhere.

We had an enjoyable stay overall and would recommend this hotel. The location was great, the staff was friendly, and whenever we had a question, they were always helpful. We especially appreciated how professionally our feedback was handled after our stay. The hotel showed excellent customer service by finding a fair solution, which we really valued. During our stay, there were quite a few teenagers staying at the hotel who were making a lot of noise in the hallways, especially in the evenings. Unfortunately, the rooms were quite sound-sensitive, so the noise could easily be heard inside. However, this is not really the hotel's fault, as it was caused by inconsiderate guests rather than the staff or the property itself. Despite this, we had a great vacation, enjoyed our time at the hotel, and would definitely consider staying here again.

Read before you book. The place is decent but there are definitely better hotels around for the price you pay. There is no beach access, it’s all gated off because it’s the cliffs. You’ll have to travel to get to the beach but no big deal. The rooms were okay, no carpet which was a plus. Very terrible water pressure. We went to the pool and there were clumps of hair floating in the pool, strong chemical smells and soooo dirty. My skin on my hands started peeling off about 20 minutes after we left the pool. Only reason I’m giving 3 stars is because once I notified the front desk, they did upgrade us to their sister property at no additional charge. They absolutely did not have to do that but they cared & I am very appreciative of that. Probably won’t be back to this hotel but I’ll definitely be back at their sister property!

Location obviously is amazing being across from the beach. Hotel is right between two great beaches for kids. Lobby is nice and restaurant staff were great. Parking was $27/night. On the west side of the train tracks and our son loved seeing them go by. Cute courtyard with yard games our son loved running around. Our room definitely needed some updates though. The floors which were lvp or laminate, were all bubbling up and looked bad, and felt not great under your feet right when you walked in. We had two queens and one of them was pretty droopy near the edges, should definitely get out of the mattress rotation. We got a good deal on a staycation which is why we came but we left a night early just cause it wasn't as comfortable/relaxing as we hoped. For the price definitely worth it, good for kids, location, etc. Just hope they give a modest update to the rooms if they are similar to our experience.

I love coming here, the rooms are fine enough for the pricing. But it's really the location and the interaction with the staff that really keeps me coming back. I love being able to go for a run by the beach in the morning. I've never had their breakfast as I never eat before 10am but I will say it always smells delicious. The only downside are when there are groups that come in and sometimes they can be out late, but its never caused me enough issue to complain to anyone. I always have great interactions with Jay, he's always overly accommodating with any little request I happen to have. Alicia has always helped me out. She works overnight and she will see me periodically when I can't sleep. Not only is she so compassionate with people (I lost my daughter 3 years ago and I'm sure she's heard me tell it a number of times but never acts as if its a bother), she's so wonderful with animals. I was there when she saved that little wiener dog! We've had many a chat about the world and how it doesn't really take anything to be kind to one another. She truly has such a gentle heart and it's wonderful that there are still people like her! Above all, it's always a good place to stay and I usually recommend it our company for our trips to the west coast.

I was very happy with my stay. The room was very clean and roomy. I had a little view too. You can walk across the street and you're at the beach. I tried to add a night but was sold out. I thought it was a,really good value! I will be definitely coming back.

Skylaar and Alisha at the front desk were absolutely delightful. From the moment we arrived, they were welcoming, kind and genuinely pleasant to deal with. We weren’t too happy with the first room we were given, and they went out of their way to accommodate us with a much better beach view room, which really made a difference in our stay. They made us feel heard and taken care of. You can tell they truly cared or at least did an amazing job making it feel that way, which honestly matters just as much when you’re staying somewhere. They helped make our stay much more pleasant and we really appreciated their kindness and professionalism. Thank you ladies!

We booked our reservation through Chase Travel for an ocean view room. Upon check-in there was no mention that the room we'd be given was not an ocean view. It was barely even a partial ocean view. I contacted Chase Travel about it and they lied to Chase Travel stating we declined a room on the first floor with ocean view (why would anyone decline the room they paid for?). While we were on the phone, the agent told us the hotel could relocate us to a different room on the first floor and during the call the facilities staff knocked our door. I told them to hold as I was on the phone and the agent was shocked they even came to us as we did not confirm or deny any changes. Two strikes. At this point I did not want to deal with this problem as my wife was pregnant and we only had one night booked. Upon checking out, they attempted to bill us for two nights of parking. Lastly, the beds are incredibly uncomfortable and the hotel layout is confusing. While the location is great and secluded, the experience was terrible. Do not recommend.
