This is a late review, as I stayed at the hotel on July 16, 2026, while celebrating my son’s fifth birthday. After spending a long day at the park, all my son wanted to do was enjoy the hotel pool. We arrived around 4:30 PM, exhausted and ready to relax. Unfortunately, our experience started off on the wrong foot. When we attempted to check in using the kiosk, it wouldn’t allow us to complete the process. After waiting about 30 minutes to speak with someone, a LEGOLAND employee informed us that our room wasn’t ready because they had several staff call-offs that day and were running behind. To pass the time, we watched the pirate show in the lobby, my son played with the LEGO stations, and we walked around the hotel. Around 6:30 PM, I went back to ask for another update. Finally, at approximately 6:45 PM, we were told our room was ready. By that point, we had to rush to change so my son could enjoy the pool before it closed. Instead of having the relaxing afternoon we had planned, we only had about an hour to swim, and by then the weather had cooled off. It was disappointing because the pool was one of the main reasons we booked the hotel. While at the pool, we ordered drinks and French fries. We were told that we would receive a meal credit because of the lengthy delay in getting our room. We were also told that our parking would be complimentary due to the inconvenience. However, after returning home and reviewing our credit card statement, we discovered that we had been charged for both the pool food and the parking. When we finally got to our room, we discovered there were no washcloths, so we had to use the small hand towels to wash up. The water pressure in the shower was extremely weak, and the bathtub was clogged. I chose not to complain because the room itself was nicely themed and my son absolutely loved it, which made the experience worthwhile for him. What really left a bad impression, though, was that at 10:57 AM, housekeeping knocked on our door reminding us that checkout was at 11:00 AM and asking to clean the room. Considering we weren’t even able to check into our room until nearly 6:45 PM, it felt insensitive. We lost more than two hours of the stay we paid for, yet there was no flexibility or accommodation at checkout. Overall, this experience was disappointing. While my son had an amazing time and loved the hotel, the adults in our group felt that our time simply wasn’t valued. Delayed check-in, unfulfilled promises of compensation, room maintenance issues, and the rushed checkout experience overshadowed what should have been a memorable birthday celebration. I’m honestly torn about whether I would stay here again. If you’re staying solely for your children, they’ll probably have a wonderful time. But from a customer service standpoint, I expected much better especially when compensation was promised and ultimately never honored.

By far the best experience. I purchased hotel stay for out of town family member & his family who recently retired from military and as a family reunion, of sorts, as my other child who lives in the area brought his family, too For nearly 20 years SIL deployed 7 to 9 months of the year. Now he could enjoy being home on vacation. Ninjago Family Suite was a beauty to behold. After a day of rides, games, and Legos coming back to a spacious, Ninjago themed room to relax before dinner was perfect. The Chef came out at dinner to personally talk to us about granddaughter's severe peanut allergy. He lets us know what selections on the menu were allergen free. Food was delicious. Granddaughter and her dad went off to dance party while grandson and my daughter went to do Lego hunt in the lobby. Free 2nd day pass came with room rental. Sea Aquarium and other half of the park tomorrow. 5?'s and kudos to Legoland hotel staff for making a difference.

I have no idea where to begin. This past weekend was my guest time going there and I had just as much fun as my grandkids. The pool was nice, very family oriented with the depth of the pool being 5ft at the deepest end. They have a tree like pole that sprays water out around the sides and on the opposite side there are two buckets that fill with water then flip over. They also have giant soft Legos floating around the pool. There is a booth that offfers towels and a safety vest for little swimmers. On one side of the pool there is a small structure that offers adult drinks and other things that i really didn't pay too much attention to after receiving my drinks. They also have a playground with lots to do for the kiddos and another area with giant Legos that are soft like a rubberish like material, same ones that are in the pool. I do recommend keeping a closer eye on the smaller kids in the playground area because there are lots of big kids there that were practically trampling over the younger ones. Another nice thing they offer next to the playground is a giant screen where they show movies and there are a few comfy couches you can sit and enjoy them from. The hotel offers a buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I believe after breakfast time you're able to purchase beers from the bar area inside the buffet. There is also an area with Legos for the kids to play in there. Everything we had was delicious and if you're looking for the coffee is actually served in the bar. Don't forget to also scan the QR code in your room in front of the secondary safe and search the the clue so the kids can get their free Legos hidden inside that safe. The elevators are also a pretty cool feature. You can hear a cat meow and one of the walls has blinking lights. There is a Lego area on the 1st floor where the kids can play while you check in or out and they have so many cool Lego statues everywhere. I know I'm leaving more out but if you have the chance to go there you will not be disappointed.

Legoland hotel staff do a great job of keeping common areas clean. Rooms are themed and decorated great!! I like how the hotel has several activities for kids 1-12 that happen after the Legoland park closes. The buffet is also very convenient and a great way to fill up on food and drinks before going to the park. Buffet is included with your stay. You just have to be patient depending on when you go as there could be a line. The food, I believe does the job, not bad but also not great, I would say food is good. Also location yiu cannot beat as you are steps away from the park as once you exit hotel yiu are 30 seconds from the entrance to the park so you walk out doors to either hotel and are already at the entrance. I definitely recommend staying at least once in the hotel. Prices are a bit high but at least location cant be beat, activities at the hotel are great, you get the buffet as part of your stay, and after a long day at park you walk out of park right to your room.

I can't say enough how appreciateve we are about our stay. It's worht every penny. I would recommend to get the buffet! It's a great price for it, it definitely has better quality than I expected! Rooms are clean and the pictures in internet that's what you get. Not overdue in the pictures. Thumbs up ? for that They have good options at the bar such full bar ( not at Bricks restaurant) The entire Hotel made me feel so secure and safe. All kids approved kind of feeling so I was able to not stress much about anything! Housekeeping everyday, activities within the hotel. Perfect size so you don't feel you could loose your kiddo Ina whole city (within the hotel) I love the fact they hired young adults, special needs individuals and elders, for what I could judge as a guest. The entire hotel is beautifully themed, colorful, and full of fun surprises for kids. The breakfast buffet was included and offered a great variety of delicious food for both kids and adults. It was a wonderful way to start the day before heading to the park. One of our favorite parts of the stay was the treasure hunt inside the room. Don’t forget to open the treasure chest! There are clues and questions that require you to scan a QR code and search around the hotel for the answers. Once all the answers are found, the treasure chest can be unlocked. Inside were two LEGO toy sets, and our daughter was so excited and happy when she opened it.

We stayed here for a birthday and it was worth every penny. The rooms are clean and fun, but the birthday magic is what shines. The in-room treasure hunt and the staff’s attention to detail made my child feel so special. It’s the best way to turn a trip to LEGOLAND into a core memory. A bit pricey and old though.

Love staying here its super nice having ur room soooo close to the park entrance and they have stuff to do for after the park closes since it does close really early they have a heated pool big outdoor theater and big playground also do shows with characters and stuff plus a restaurant and at the hotel on the other side they have 2 restaurants a big ship indoor playground a kids dance club and arcade. Plus the rooms are really cool queen bed and alittle room with bunk beds and they have a scavenger hunt thing where u follow clues to get a code to unlock a treasure chest in ur room that has Legos inside u get to keep... my kids love it my whole family does uts a cool place

Started in the Dragon Room. The decor is awesome, the bed is okay and comes with a comforter. I've stayed in many places and this one tops the list. It is very well thought out for both kids and adults. Nots: Photos taken in low light to show how cool it is. Things to watch out for... 1. When you take your card out of the slot at the door, it kills the lights and the power in the night stand. This will affect charging devices. 2. The heat takes about an hour to respond to changes and even longer to get to the commanded temperature. By design per the front desk. 3. Higher room numbers are quieter.

Juan, a Chef at Bricks Family Restaurant at the hotel, prepared this beautiful vegan pancake plate for our family. We really appreciated his thoughtfulness in presentation and the result was delicious. Although the buffet had fruits, tater tots and a few other items that fit our dietary choices, this made our kids feel like they were able to enjoy traditional breakfast foods like the other kids dining around us, too. Thank you Juan for your special attention to our needs!
