I have had nothing but good experiences. It's a family ran business and they treat you like family. One time I needed a blender and they went out and purchased one for me. They're always willing to work with you and make you feel like you are special. Would recommend this to any friend family I often brag about my vacations there.

Location is perfect next to shops and restaurants. Very private, clean and on the beach. If I had the opportunity of staying at least twice a year wouldn’t hesitate a minute. Would recommend “Seashore On The Sand” 100%.

Updating my review 9 months later. The Owner Eddie was very kind and gave me a voucher to make up for the previous experience. He and his niece showed care and I booked a stay. It was a much needed experience. The check in and check out was perfect. The apartment was full equipped with everything, the bed and pillows very comfortable, the place was clean and steps from the sand. Check in and check out were smooth. The ladies even called to make sure I had the door code and kindly offered to help me unload the car. It was an absolutely wonderful experience this time around. I am posting on my 2.8 M Google reviews about this wonderful place and highly recommending to other people.

My family has been going here for decades and I cannot imagine staying anywhere else in Carlsbad. This is basically paradise. The balcony looks right out on the beach. The apartments are cozy and comfortable and have every cooking utensil you could need. The staff is great.

The experience staying on the beach was very special. A few updates of comfortable living room furniture and a few more kitchen items would be helpful. Staff were great, place was quiet, beach access amazing.

The owners and staff do more than just give you a stay, they give you an experience. It never felt like we're guest but more like family. Selfishly I've always been tempted to keep it a secret but it's something every person or family should experience. I went once about 12 years ago and have been back every year since. We have been vacationing here for many years and are always sad to leave. An amazing location on a beautiful, clean beach, front row to the ocean, and walking distance to many, many restaurants and shops. The staff are all friendly and easy to reach if anything is needed. They have beach towels, umbrellas, and chairs. The units are clean and spacious. I would stay forever if I could.

Spent a weekend here with my friend from San Diego. The condo was very clean, spacious, well furnished and located on the shore with the ocean rolling in. Its presence was always audible and visible. I would come here again when I have the urge to be in Carlsbad on the sand. Highly recommend.

We loved our stay at Seashore On The Sand. The location is fabulous, we walked to great restaurants every night. The rooms are spacious and beautifully appointed with the most magnificent unobstructed ocean views and views of the large beach. The service was great, everyone so helpful and friendly. You will love your stay!

We absolutely love this place. It’s been our fifth time staying there and we have never been disappointed. Greg and his team are incredible. They are always very helpful and friendly. They are always very busy keeping up and maintaining the Seabreeze and available to ask any questions or suggestions.
